We are happy to provide a time and material estimate during our contact phase.

What is the timeline for completing the work?

Every job is different – we will be happy to provide an estimate on a timeline including our availability when you contact us.

    Are you licenced and insured?

We are fully licenced and insured as per the requirements of WorkSafe Queensland.

We hold public liability and consumer protection insurance.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and also on the products and materials we use.

All installation work is covered with a 12 month warranty from the date of installation.

What are the invoice payment terms?

Invoices will be issued electronically within one day of completion of work.

If the invoice total is known while on site, payment can be made using our card terminal.

Unless agreed in advance, payment terms are COD (Cash on Delivery), therefore invoices must be paid upon receipt.

    Do you work with asbestos?

Working with asbestos is a high risk construction activity and therefore we do not conduct any work that requires disturbing it.

If you have asbestos, we may be able to suggest an alternative solution that doesn’t invovle touching it.

Do you clean up after you finish work?

Absoutely! We will leave our area in the exact same condition it was before we arrived – it’ll be like we were never there.

Do you "make good" any access holes made to conduct work?

Sometimes to do the job you require, we need to make access holes to allow us to run cables. If this is the case we will let you know prior to doing so, but we will not be responsible for making them good (for example, patching and painting).

How often should electrical systems be inspected or maintained?

There are different requirements depending on the type of installation. You can contact us to discuss an inspection and maintenance program suitable to your specific needs.

Will you provide certification statements on completion of the work?

You will find your compliance statement (as required by QLD Law) on the last page of your invoice.
